OUR DEAR SKIN STORY
It started with a nurse, a diagnosis, and a search for something that could truly support compromised skin.
When Sian Sampson, a nurse specialising in wound care, skin health, and cosmetic dermatology, was diagnosed with oestrogen-positive breast cancer, her treatment induced a chemical menopause — leaving her skin feeling dry, reactive, and unfamiliar.
She realised how few skincare products felt safe, simple, and reassuring.
What began as a personal need became a purpose — to create a cream that could comfort and support the skin without compromise.
Drawing on her clinical experience and her own lived journey, Sian developed Dear Skin Resilience Cream — a carefully formulated cream, created with hormonally changing skin in mind, designed to support the skin’s barrier, provide hydration, and work in harmony with the skin’s natural microbiome.
The response was immediate and humbling. People with all kinds of skin stories — from sensitivity and menopause to post-treatment recovery — began sharing how it helped their skin feel calmer, stronger, and more resilient.
